Shipping Policy
Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
- Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days.
Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking
- You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Replacement Policy
Damaged or Defective Items
- Make sure you record an unboxing video and in case you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@katalyst.com with your order number and a video of the item’s condition.
- We will address your issue promptly and provide you credit points and you can place a new order with the credit points at no additional cost.Â
Incorrect Items
- Make sure you record an unboxing video and in case you receive an incorrect item, please contact us at support@katalyst.com within 2-3 days of receiving the order.
- We will send you the correct item and in return will take the incorrect item while providing a prepaid return label for the incorrect item.
Return Policy
3-Day Return Policy
- We have a 3-days return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return. Shipping charges are applicable for return. We’ll provide you credit points in your Katalyst wallet after deducting the shipping cost for return.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.Â
- To start a return, you can contact us at support@katalyst.com. If your return is accepted, our delivery partner will contact you to pick the package from your place.
Refunds
- We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, The refund will be credited within 7 days
Exchanges
- The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, We will exchange that product within 5-6 days
Return Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs will be covered by Katalyst if the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
- For all other returns, the customer will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
